Plantation Hunting
Our 1600 acres of pristine countryside are home to a flourishing quail population. We offer guests a traditional quail hunting experience for overnight or day hunting excursions. Begin your morning with a hearty country breakfast and then head out in a mule drawn wagon to the very best hunting locations the plantation has to offer. You could then head back to the plantation house for refreshments before the finishing up the shoot in the afternoon. Then enjoy a cocktail on the veranda (or by the fire) before the journey home.
Guests wishing to arrive the evening before a day hunting excursion will find the accommodations at the plantation house comfortable and inviting. Our log cabin is also available for guests looking for a little more seclusion. Upon the evening of your arrival, our chef will prepare a 4 course meal complete with the wine and spirits of your choice. Relax and visit with your party or turn in early so that you are fully rested for the early morning shoot.
